Health Focus receives many suggestions for product enhancements. All suggestions are included in a database so that we can evaluate their frequency, and many are incorporated in future versions.

When sending a request, please specify the program and the version number you are currently using. Because of the sheer volume of suggestions, we cannot respond individually to each request. Health Focus is an IT and software development company providing medical solutions for the profession.

Program Requests and changes allow us to establish what you want out of your practice accounting and management systems. A few minutes of your time can result in a feature which will save you both time and money. We welcome all of your comments and suggestions.

Before submitting a recommendation please read these instructions carefully

• Please let us have as much information as possible as suggestions are valuable for improvement.
• We can only act on suggestions against the latest publicly available version of the product. If you have an older version, then download the latest version and update your program now.
