There is a new version of Eminance just released.  Version 05.04.02 is now available.  There have been changes and improvements made to the Diary Notes with an increase to 255 characters for when you book an appointment.  

Diary printing changed: to save you paper we included the option to print only 1 diary line per patient and diary status.  

Archiving has been improved: the option to archive a single account under the menu - Admin- Archive- Archive, simply enter the account number and hit go.  

Quant claims submission has been added.  Quant includes claim submissions, ERA's (Electronic Remittance Advice), member validations and a famcheck.  

EMC (Eminance Mobile) a cloud service for our Eminance customers that allows you to communicate with your Eminance server via a browser.  EMC offers you all the facilities of a front office system and all the necessary functions to manage/view your patient, post an invoice and the payment, make diary appointments, make notes and basic report information. You can be at home, on the road or working in the hospital and have access to your practice management software.
