There are various ways in which our team of software support engineers can assist you. Our call centre is always the first step. When you wish us to log into your computer remotely we can use software such as TeamViewer or Anydesk. Anydesk can be downloaded here.

Notice of increase in SMS cost

If your practice makes use of our integrated SMS functionality please take note that there will be a 1c/SMS increase as from your next invoice.  This is owing to our SMS supplier increasing the cost.  Should you have any queries kindly contact Janine at 0217901124.

Emergency software support numbers

Emergency software support numbers for use over the Christmas closing period - we will close at midday on Monday 24th December and open at 08h30 on Wednesday 2nd January. These two numbers will be in use during office hours from midday on the 24th, normal office hours on the 27th, 28th and the 31st.
