Eminance Support during National Lockdown

Our support staff will be available during normal office hours during the National State of Disaster on our 087 750 8157 line.
Our offices are closed and nationwide all our staff are working from home and on stand-by to assist you.
Using technology your call will be routed automatically to one of our support staff team working from home.

It's at times like these that we know how important it is for you to access your patients clinic records, notes scripts, x-rays and the other facilities that Eminance offers.  But sometimes things can go wrong.

With our offices closed, we have implemented our national state of disaster plan and using technology, have taken all the steps to ensure that when you need us most, we are available.
That means that when you call us on 087 750 8157 you will be automatically patched through to one of our support staff who will be working from home and who has all the facilities on hand to ensure you are always up and running with our programs.
Team Health Focus will continue to be here for you during the lock down phase. All our staff have been given the tools and infrastructure to work remotely and to continue to support you and your practice.
We have built in redundancy in the event that one type of technology fails. Having said that, Eskom remains the unknown factor in the mix.
All our staff will be working from home and using our information technology infrastructure.  Calling our 087-750-8157 number will route your call to one of our support staff who have been equipped with all the necessary tools to assist you.
As from 13h00 on Thursday 26th March the following number will be available for Software Support: 087 750 8157.  Please use this number for the duration of the National lock down.  Alternatively, you can always email us at support@healthfocus.co.za
Keep an eye on our FaceBook page and our Eminance pop up messages for updates. We will use these channels to disseminate information to our practices during this period.
Remember, we also have a network of dealers that are able to assist and the option to use the Cloud or to work remotely.
