It has been 37 years since our business started and we could not still be in business without your support.  Our motto is one of continual product development, and this continual development reaps rewards in your practice as our products improve and bring you better features and functions.    

Our flagship practice management software, Eminance, is fully loaded with many features and options, many of which you may not use on a day-to-day basis.  We find that practices use around 30% of Eminance's features on a daily basis as this covers the normal daily duties.  However, Eminance is an advanced piece of kit and customers who call in to ask us if we can add some feature to Eminance are often surprised to hear that the function they are wanting has been there all along.  No need to be surprised; you can stay updated by keeping an eye on our FaceBook page and the Blog tab of our website.  You can also attend any of the Advanced Workshops that Sarah Khan and Morne Dirks host.  You will be pleasantly impressed with the knowledge they are able to impart to you and your practice staff.

Don't forget that Eminance has a complete Online Diary system that enables your patients to book directly into your diary from the convenience of wherever they are.  Statistics show that the Online Diary is used after hours by patients who do not have time during the day to call your practice.  Activate your Online Diary and improve patients access to your practice.  Our Cloud Backup solution is being extremely well used and has already saved a few practices from losing everything.  Make this part of your month end procedure.  Eminance integrates to Whatsapp single messaging.  If you want to move onto Cloud software, we have the solution for you as Eminance works in the Cloud too.  Our developers are busy every day with making improvements to our practice management software and most of these improvements are suggestions from customers like you.

We are happy to announce that we are able to keep our annual fee adjustment as low as possible.  With this in mind, your January invoice will reflect an adjustment that has been kept to 6%.
Please remember that our Software Support Centre will be closed from Monday the 29th December until 08h30 on Friday 2nd January 2026.  We will have two software support agents on duty over the three working days that we are closed.  You can call 087 750 8157 as per normal however please bear in mind that there will be no switchboard operator on duty over this time and your call will be handled automatically by the system.
